Each of the following speakers provided a 7 min presentation, followed by a question and answer session moderated by Ariel Rivers, AIARD Vice President.

During 3 simultaneous break out sessions, AIARD members and partners shared information about ongoing programs and activities related to implementing inclusive programs in international agriculture and development.

After the breakout sessions, FLF participants provided a summary of the discussion in each room.
Tuesday, June 8 - Panel Discussion on Early Career Opportunities in International Development
Future Leaders Forum Participants met with 4 alumni of the FLF program from a variety of international organizations to learn more about their career paths. Several professionals from USAID, CRS, and DAI later joined to further discuss recruiting for positions in the development field, and their own career paths through the development space.

In this session, participants joined the AIARD Board in breakout rooms to quickly develop strategies for engaging new members, fundraising for new programs and developing an early career mentoring program.
