Susan Bradley
Lead Program Analyst, Emergency Programs Division
Office of Food for Peace, DCHA, USAID 


Ms. Bradley currently supervises the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) team of Food for Peace Officers responsible for emergency Title II programming in East and Central Africa. Her team manages more than $450 million in P.L. 480 Title II resources, and is currently responding to heightened crises in Uganda and northern Sudan. Ms. Bradley is known for her experience in complex, conflict-affected environments, and has represented the Office of Food for Peace in USAID's emergency response teams in Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia and Iraq. She is currently helping to operationalize its new "Developmental Relief" model in Ethiopia, Eritrea and southern Sudan.

Ms. Bradley graduated from Davidson and received her Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. She was a Peace Corps volunteer in Niger, and worked in emergency relief and Maternal/Child Health programs for the non-governmental organizations CARE International, Medecins sans Frontieres (MSF), and Planning Assistance, prior to joining USAID in 1998.
