Stephanie Curs is the Assistant Director for Foreign Operations of the Norman Borlaug Institute for International Agriculture at Texas A&M University. In this capacity, she is responsible for programmatic oversight of all Borlaug Institute international development projects, and new program development. Prior to joining the Institute, she served as the Director of International Programs of the Global Cold Chain Alliance in Alexandria, VA. Stephanie holds a BS in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University, as well as a Masters in Public Service and Administration and a Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from the George H.W. Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M.
