Dr. Napoleon Moses, Professor and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Alcorn State University has worked for the past 30 years throughout Mississippi, Africa and India on revitalizing rural communities through technology-driven economic development. He is a Professor of Industrial Management and Technology in the Department of Advanced Technologies at the University.
Research and economic development under his direction have led to new applications for fuel cells, several industrial plant start-ups, and plant buy-outs. The author of over 40 research and technology development publications, Dr. Moses has received support from USAID, USDA, the Department of Labor, the Ford Foundation and many others. He is a frequent speaker on appropriate technology transfer and economic development issues. His graduate degrees are from Mississippi State University.
