Speakers and Panelists
Christopher Seeley is a Principal Development Specialist with the Agriculture and Natural Resources Group of Development Alternatives, Inc. His most current assignment was serving as the Chief of Party of USAID/Afghanistan's Alternative Livelihoods Program for the Eastern Region (ALP/E), where he worked closely with Provincial Reconstruction Teams and the Afghan government. He has over 20 years of experience in planning and implementing public and private sector development projects in Central Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the U.S, and specializes in agricultural development, rural livelihoods and productive infrastructure. Mr. Seeley holds a Bachelor's degree in Botany from Miami University of Ohio, and a Master's degree in Managing Rural Development from the University of London, Imperial College.
